INNOYI's maxillofacial implants cover the full range of applications and consist of compatible plates, screws, and instruments. The products are designed for use in maxillofacial and oral surgery. Applications include trauma treatment, reconstructive surgery, and orthognathic surgery.
The fixation plates are made from pure titanium Grade 2 according to ISO 5832-2, while the fixation screws are manufactured from a Ti6Al4V titanium alloy in accordance with ISO 5832-3.
Titanium
- Titanium offers excellent biocompatibility and do not interfere with MRI or CT scans.
Color Coating
- Different product lines come in different colors, which simplifies clinical use and saves time.
Sterilisation
- Products can be supplied either sterile or non-sterile.
Surface Treatment
- Products are available with various surface treatments, including both non-anodized and anodized oxidized surfaces.
Plates
INNOYI's internal fixation plates are available in a wide variety of shapes, lengths, and hole configurations. Depending on the intended use, you can choose from straight, Y-shaped, L-shaped, T-shaped, specialized, and grid plates.
The screw holes are designed as countersinks, providing a better fit, lowering the profile, and reducing tissue irritation.
